With 15 years as a dedicated real estate agent, Cheryl is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI), a mark of her professionalism, ethical leadership, and commitment to excellence. She is also an internationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing expertise in planning, communication, and negotiation to every transaction.

Cheryl’s background is diverse—she has been the owner of a private college, owner/manager of a fine dining seafood restaurant, and founder/Executive Director of the New Brunswick Aerospace and Defence Association. Her education began at Mount Saint Vincent University, where she studied public relations, and she continuously upgrades her skills in business law, real estate, and her single-engine pilot license.

She holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, allowing her to expertly serve buyers and sellers aged 55+. She also has experience in U.S. real estate investment and previously owned a vacation rental in Maui, making her a valuable resource for international property interests.

Known for her strong marketing skills, technology savvy, and unwavering client loyalty, Cheryl ensures seamless transactions for every client. Outside of real estate, she enjoys golfing, pickleball, snorkelling, and caring for her saltwater fish and her beloved dog, Moana.

I don’t just sell the Bedford Waterfront — I live here. As a resident of this community, I experience firsthand what makes it such a special place to call home. From spectacular sunrises over the Bedford Basin and the gentle movement of the water to the three-kilometre waterfront trail through DeWolf Park, nature and an active waterfront lifestyle are part of everyday life. Whether walking, running, cycling or simply stopping to take in the view, there is always something to enjoy. I know the buildings, the neighbourhoods, the views and the amenities, and most importantly, I understand what makes living on the Bedford Waterfront so desirable.

And then there is the wildlife. The Bedford Basin is alive with activity, from ospreys and bald eagles soaring overhead to the many seabirds and marine life that make their way through these waters. Depending on the season and your luck, you may spot seals in the Basin or see sailboats heading out for time on the water. It is one of those rare places where nature is part of your everyday surroundings — where a walk along the waterfront can turn into a spectacular sunrise, an unexpected wildlife sighting, or simply another reminder of why living here is so special.
