As a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, Cheryl’s FRI credential is a mark of her professionalism, ethical decision making, competence, leadership, and commitment to lifelong learning.  Cheryl is a Triple Gold Award Winner Realtor.

With over 25 years of business experience, 15 as an entrepreneur, Cheryl’s background is very diverse. She has been an owner of a private college, owner/manager of restaurant, founder and executive director of an aerospace and defence association, as well as an independent consultant/trainer who facilitated new business.

Her skills and experiences enabled her to be accredited and internationally recognized as a Project Management Professional (PMP). These knowledge areas include extensive planning, communications, time management, risk management and closing a project—all essential skills that she brings to her role as a real estate agent.

Cheryl has extensive experience in bringing different walks of life together to obtain a successful closing. She has worked with senior management top 500 corporations to small business owners to students, but her excitement is working with EACH individual of the overall project.

Her education began at Mount Saint Vincent University, where she studied public relations, and has constantly continued to study and upgrade her skills, from business law, real estate, and other interests such as a pilot license. She has become very strong in marketing, is technology savvy, and has developed strong negotiation skills.

Cheryl has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTOR® (NAR). She was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

Cheryl also has experience in real estate investment in the United States, as a former property manager and owner of a vacation rental in Maui, she is the perfect contact for your vacation or investment needs in Hawaii.

Cheryl is married to Cecil and they have three beautiful Grand-Daughters. Her hobbies include running, snorkelling and taking care of their precious dog OHANA and their salt water fishes.
